Security Policy
This page describes how anlp.in is built, what information may be exposed through ordinary use of the site, and how to report a security concern. Site contact: contact@anlp.in.
What this site is
anlp.in is a public, static website. It does not provide user accounts, membership logins or payment processing. A public graduate register is published with names, qualification status, and masked email addresses. Pages, images and documents that appear here are intended to be public.
What may be exposed
Anything published on this website — text, photographs, logos, brochures and other documents — can be viewed, copied or indexed by visitors and search engines. Do not send confidential material through public pages.
If you email contact@anlp.in, the content of that message is visible to whoever receives mail at that address, and may pass through ordinary email systems.
If you use the enquiry form, your responses are submitted to Google Forms. They are not stored on the anlp.in web server. That submission is processed by Google under Google’s own terms and security practices, and is visible to the people who have access to that form.
Links to www.NLP4India.in and other external sites leave anlp.in. Those sites have their own security and privacy practices. This website does not control them.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may contact Google’s servers when a page is displayed.
The hosting provider for anlp.in can see ordinary web-server logs (for example, requested pages, approximate time, and technical details such as IP address) according to that provider’s practices.
What this site does not hold
This website does not store passwords or payment card details. It does not run analytics in this version.
Reporting a concern
If you believe you have found a security problem on anlp.in — for example, unintended public exposure of information, or a way to inject or alter site content — please write to contact@anlp.in with enough detail for us to understand and investigate. Please do not use a discovered issue to access, change or delete data that is not already public.
Limits
No website can be guaranteed free of risk. This policy describes known exposure from how anlp.in is set up. It is not a warranty. Related practices are also described in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
