Certification standards and principles
ANLP India’s crest names four words: professionalism, standards, integrity and ethics. This page explains what that means for certification, using only what the association already states about itself.
A professional community, not a regulator
ANLP India is a professional community of NLP practitioners, trainers and educators. It exists to hold a shared identity around standards, professional development and the practice of NLP in India. It is an independent Indian professional community, not a registered company, society or trust, and not a statutory regulator. Those facts are set out on What is ANLP? and About ANLP India.
Certification on this site names a completed level of professional NLP training associated with the association. It is not a medical qualification, not a clinically proven treatment, and not a government licence. What is NLP? states that ANLP India does not present NLP as medically validated science.
The four words on the crest
The public crest of ANLP India reads: Professionalism · Standards · Integrity · Ethics. They are the association’s own statement of how it wishes the professional community to be understood. This page does not turn those words into a hidden rulebook of hours, mandatory modules, renewal cycles or membership fees — those details are not published here, so they are not invented here.
How training and the certificate relate is explained in How certification works. The levels themselves are Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Trainer and Master Trainer.
Independence from similarly named bodies
ANLP India is not ANLP-UK, not ANLP International, and not the National Association of NLP, India. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use record that independence. Standards, on this site, are the association’s own professional identity — not a claim to speak for every NLP body in India or abroad.
Members who completed the pathway are listed in the graduate register. That register is a public record of names and qualifications, not an application form and not a practising licence.
