Ralph Watson is a professional coach, consultant and inspirational speaker, with an international record of work with organisations and individuals in more than thirty countries, including the UK, Western and Northern Europe, China, India, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, the Middle East and the USA.
He brought more than thirty-five years of business experience — from field sales and key-account management to board-level appointments in the IT and telecoms sectors — into his work with clients. Building on that career, he added studies in Advanced NLP, coaching and personal development, with a particular interest in how people approach business.
The original profile notes a direct, humorous style and an ease with people at every level of an organisation. As a speaker, it describes cultural sensitivity, a willingness to challenge the usual way of thinking, and keynote talks including the Istanbul HR Conference and the Turkish Dental Congress, as well as visiting lectures at Stratford Campus in London and further-education institutions in the UK and Europe.
