Master Trainer of NLP
Mr. Umesh Soman is a trainer-member of ANLP India’s core committee and a Master Trainer of NLP. He became a member of ANLP India in 2009 as a promoter of the association’s programmes, and a trainer-member in 2010, the year of India’s first trainer training in Goa.
That 2010 trainer training is the documented point at which the association moved from practitioner development to trainer certification in India. Mr. Ralph Watson co-delivered the first ANLP India Trainer Certification at that programme. The named credential is explained on what an NLP Trainer is. His current named status on the graduate register is NLP Master Trainer, with Mumbai as the published city.
Dr. David J. Lincoln, Mr. Sushil Mehrotra, Mr. Ralph Watson and Mr. Umesh Soman are the four trainer-members who form the core committee. The public chronology of those years — the India chapter in 2007, independence in 2008, Mr. Umesh Soman’s membership in 2009, and trainer training in 2010 — is on the history of ANLP India.
This page records his place in that committee. It does not add a fuller personal biography beyond what the association’s existing public record already states.
