Co-founder and Master Trainer of NLP
Sushil Mehrotra is a trainer-member of ANLP India’s core committee, a co-founder of the association, and a certified Master Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In 2008 he joined Dr. David J. Lincoln as co-founder and organised regular NLP programmes across India. During the same reorganisation, ANLP India became an independent professional community in India, separate from ANLP UK.
He is a Master Life Coach, hypnotist, Quantum Transformation practitioner, Gestalt therapist and Reiki Master. He is Vice President of the Indian Society for Neuro Linguistic Programming (ISNLP) and serves on the Board of Directors of the European Community of NLP (ECNLP).
An electronics engineer by education, he has worked with multinational organisations in leadership roles and has more than thirty-seven years’ experience in business management and people development. That work has included training leadership at Ricoh, Canon and vCustomer, regional service at Xerox, heading Canon India’s Market Engineering Division, and management consulting for organisations beginning operations in India, including Milliman Global and Kuka Robotics.
He describes himself as an enabler: creating programmes for individuals and professional groups that draw on NLP, Gestalt, Vedic philosophy and yoga. His work has centred on personal development, self-esteem, human resource management, excellence coaching and motivation. He is the creator of NLP Psychology through Bhagwad Geeta.
