The founding members
Dr. David J. Lincoln, Mr. Sushil Mehrotra, Mr. Ralph Watson and Mr. Umesh Soman are trainer-members forming the core committee of ANLP India. Their names sit in the public record of how the association began, became independent, and developed trainer certification in India.
The core committee
ANLP India began as an India chapter of ANLP UK in 2007, when Dr. David J. Lincoln started operating under the ANLP India banner. He was President of the association, head of its accreditation work, and an International Master Trainer of NLP. He passed away in May 2021. A clip of him at a Master Practitioner training in Delhi in 2013 is kept in the gallery.
In 2008, Mr. Sushil Mehrotra joined as co-founder and organised regular NLP programmes across India. During the same reorganisation, ANLP India became an independent Indian professional community, separate from ANLP UK. He is a Master Trainer of NLP and remains a trainer-member of the core committee.
In 2009, Mr. Umesh Soman became a member as a promoter of the association’s programmes. In 2010 he became a trainer-member, the year India’s first trainer training was held in Goa. That same training is the work that connects Mr. Ralph Watson, an International Master Trainer of NLP, with this association: he co-delivered the first ANLP India Trainer Certification.
Each profile below is the association’s public account of that person. The chronology is on the history of ANLP India. A high-level account of the association is on What is ANLP?.
